Kent and Medway ICB are currently offering free access to the myDiabetes app for people living with Diabetes in Kent and Medway. By registering on to the app you will receive expert advice, structured education, nutritional guidance, exercise programmes and much more.

Getting started is easy, and the app is available to patients across all of Kent. When you enter your postcode, you will find the myDiabetes app available as an online option.

Once you have selected the online option for myDiabetes to enrol, you will receive an activation email within 72 hours and a local my mhealth digital health adviser will contact you to offer assistance in setting up the app. Use the link in the email to activate your account. By answering the initial questions, the app will be tailored to your needs.
