The National Diabetes Audit (NDA) is a major national clinical audit. The NDA measures the effectiveness of diabetes healthcare against NICE Clinical Guidelines and NICE Quality Standards, in England and Wales.

Quality and Outcomes Framework
To drive improved attendance, referral to a SE programmes became a Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) Indicator incentive in 2013/4.
